About our products
All Repaira products are handmade by Jordanian artisans using upcycled fabrics and traditional embroidery techniques including bead work, sequins, and Aghabani stitching.
Because every piece is made by hand, minor variations in color, pattern, or finishing may exist compared to the product images on our website. These natural differences are not defects they are a mark of authentic craftsmanship and make each piece one of a kind.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight color differences may appear due to screen settings and the handmade nature of each piece.
Ordering & customization
We offer two types of orders: ready-made products available for immediate purchase, and custom orders where you choose your colors, patterns, embroidery text, or personal symbols.
When placing a custom order, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete customization details. Repaira is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Custom orders enter production once confirmed. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and include applicable sales tax. Shipping costs are calculated separately and added at checkout based on your delivery location.
We currently accept the following payment methods:

Repaira reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Prices confirmed at the time of your order will remain valid for that order.
Cancellation policy
Ready-made orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment. A full refund will be issued within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
Custom orders (embroidered cushions, rugs, or any personalized piece) can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this window, production has begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel an order, please contact us by email or phone with your order number as soon as possible.
Returns & refunds
All Repaira products are made to order and crafted by hand. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs showing the issue. We will assess the case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns are not accepted for: change of mind · color variation due to screen differences · minor handmade variations · custom orders without a manufacturing defect
Shipping & delivery
We deliver within Jordan and to most international destinations. Estimated delivery times are:
Ready-made items: 3–5 business days (Jordan) · Custom orders: 10–20 business days depending on design complexity · International shipping: delivery time varies by destination and carrier
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Repaira is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Repaira is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
Product care
Care instructions are included with every order. We recommend hand washing all embroidered pieces using mild detergent and cold water. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron directly over embroidered areas.
Repaira is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or failure to follow the included care instructions.
Intellectual property
All designs, patterns, photography, and written content on the Repaira website are the intellectual property of Repaira. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Custom designs created for a customer’s order are produced exclusively for that customer and are not reproduced or resold by Repaira.
Limitation of liability
Repaira’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Changes to these terms
Repaira reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
